At CPAWebSuite, we are committed to providing the best possible service to our clients. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 45 days of your initial purchase.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be made within 45 days of the original payment date.
- Upon approval, we will refund your payment after deducting 25% of the total amount as setup and technical costs incurred by our team.
- The remaining amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- No refunds will be processed after 45 days from the date of purchase.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not applicable for services that have been fully delivered or custom development work that has been completed.
- Any third-party fees or charges are non-refundable.
